Express Closes 7 NJ Stores Amid Bankruptcy Filing

The apparel business declared its intention to close roughly ninety-five Express locations overall.

According to a FOX5 New York , fashion retailer Express filed for bankruptcy protection on Monday, and seven of its almost 100 locations will close as a result.

The company announced that it plans to liquidate about 95 Express outlets as part of a restructuring process that aims to strengthen its business. Closing sales at affected stores have already started.

  • Operations will continue as usual at stores that will remain open, according to the company.
