Will School Be Closed Tomorrow?

According to Tri-State Storm Watch a more impressive storm will be approaching into the morning hours. Rain is currently throughout the state however, this rain will become steadier and heavier through the night and then the changeover to snow will occur in the early morning hours around 4 am.

Snow totals of 2 to 4 inches are now likely throughout the entire area before the snow ends around 10am on Friday. There is the likelihood of a heavier north-south band of snow Friday morning that could produce some snow totals of 4 to 6 inches of snow. The most likely place for these higher totals are central NJ in areas just inland away from the coast.

There is also the potential for a storm in the late Monday/Tuesday time period.
