Weekend Weather: Spring Warmup in New Jersey

After freezing morning temperatures in certain areas of the state, forecasters predict a spring warmup for the Garden State this weekend.

The National Weather Service predicts that Friday morning's upper 20s to mid-30s temperatures will increase to the 60s by mid-afternoon.

According to a statement from the National Weather Service Mount Holly station, "Even warmer temperatures are arriving for the weekend."

Forecasters predicted highs of about 60 degrees on Saturday and 75 degrees on Sunday for the sunny weekend. The lows on Friday night will be in the mid-30s, and the high on Saturday night will be around 45 degrees with a chance of rain.

With the exception of a potential storm on Tuesday, the sunny week ahead will begin with a dry prediction for Sunday night in the pleasant mid-50s.
