UPDATE: Jacob has been located safe and sound.
According to Manchester Police Department, they would like assistance in locating 14-year-old Jacob Higgins, who was last seen on August 3, 2025 in Manchester, NJ.
Jacob is possibly riding a black bicycle with lime green accents. Jacob was last seen wearing a white tank top, dark colored shorts, and possibly a rolled-up wool hat.
Numerous investigative steps have already been taken to locate Jacob; however, his location remains unknown at this time.
