TOMS RIVER EAST LITTLE LEAGUE

Affectionately known as TRELL, this local youth baseball program proudly offers not only the fundamentals of baseball but also a safe, fun, and family-friendly environment for all to enjoy.
TRELL serves children ages 4-16 and is made possible through the efforts of hardworking and dedicated volunteers.

For some of the younger children, this may be your first experience with baseball or with the Toms River East Little League Organization. Here is a quick list to help you get started!
Before the season begins, the player should have the following equipment:

Batting Helmet

USA Baseball Certified Bat - (click here for LL information re: bats)

Glove

Baseball Cleats (can wear sneakers, but cleats are recommended)

Heart Guard (protects the chest)

Protective cup

Water bottle

Once the player is placed on their team, the child will receive a jersey and hat. The coaches will tell you what color baseball pants & socks the team will be wearing for the season.

TRELL BOUNDARY:

You are at the correct Little League if you live east of Hooper Ave from the north Brick/TR border south to Route 37 east to Whittier Ave or if your player goes to a school that is within our league boundaries. If the go to school within our boundary, they may play in our league regardless of where you physically reside.

Schools within the TRELL boundary are:

East Dover Elem., Hooper Ave. Elem., Cedar Grove Elem., Silver Bay Elem., Island Heights Elementary, Lavallette Elementary, Hugh J. Boyd Elementary in Seaside Heights, Intermediate East, and High School East.
