According to Lacey Township Police, a 49-year-old man died Monday after his motorcycle collided with another vehicle.
Around 6 p.m., police responded to the crash on Route 9 near the Sunrise Boulevard intersection in Forked River.
According to preliminary findings, Anne Danza, 55, of Forked River, was driving south on Route 9 while Michael McCabe of Bayville was driving north. Danza made a left turn into the Sunset Plaza parking lot and the two collided, police said.
According to police, McCabe died as a result of his injuries.
There were no further details released about how the crash occurred.
