14 Year-Old Boy Missing from Ocean County. Have You Seen Him?
14-year-old Charles Argilan is Missing
*UPDATE: CHARLES HAS BEEN LOCATED SAFE AND SOUND*
According to Manchester Police Department, they need assistance in locating a 14 year-old boy from Manchester.
14-year-old Charles Argilan, who was last seen on June 22nd, 2024 in the area of Eleventh Avenue and Larchmont Street in Pine Lake Park. Charles was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, grey sweatpants and white Nike Air Force shoes. Charles left his residence on a matte black Mongoose BMX bike.Numerous investigative steps have already been taken to locate Charles; however, his location remains unknown at this time.
