Richard Octavio Barbosa, 52, of Toms River NJ, passed away on August 30th after a valiant battle with liver cancer. He passed peacefully with family at his side. Rich is survived by his wife Christina Barbosa, mother Dorothy Hobson, sister Lori Barbosa, and daughters Tori Barbosa and Claudia Barbosa.

According to Manchester Police Department, they are seeking to identify the individual captured on camera attempting to enter motor vehicles in Pine Lake Park during the night of September 2, 2024, and into the early morning hours of September 3, 2024.
