Teens Hospitalized After Tow Truck Crash in Ocean County

According to Berkeley Township Police Department, a young motorist approached an intersection recklessly and was hit by a tow truck, resulting in two people being hospitalized.

According to authorities, the collision occurred at the intersection of Veterans Boulevard and Eastern Boulevard on Friday just before six o'clock in the evening.

According to authorities, an Accurate Towing flatbed truck struck a 17-year-old who was operating a red PT Cruiser.

As per the initial inquiry, which encompassed examining the crash tape, the police stated that the PT Cruiser "unsafely" approached the intersection regulated by stop signs. According to authorities, the automobile was struck by the truck as it was traveling east on Veterans Boulevard.

The driver was airlifted to Jersey Shore Medical Center, and her adolescent passenger was transported there by ambulance. As of late Friday, both were in stable condition, according to the police.
