According to Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office, Eric Bundy-Johnson and Francessa Delvarre were charged for their involvement in the Millville shooting on Saturday that left a lady dead and a man injured.

At approximately 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, when both victims were suffering from gunshot wounds in a car near 15 E Green St., police arrived on the scene.

In the passenger seat, Bridgeton resident Bonnie Hitchens, 41, was not responding. At Inspira Medical Center Vineland, she was later declared deceased.

The driver, a 32-year-old guy from Millville, was taken to Camden's Cooper University Hospital. As of Monday morning, his status was stable.

Vineland residents Bundy-Johnson and Delvalle, both 34, were taken into custody on Sunday and accused of conspiracy and murder.

In addition, Bundy-Johnson faced charges of unauthorized possession of a weapon, criminal attempt, and certain persons not having a firearm. Delvalle was accused of tampering and impediment.

The investigation by Millville police and the CCPO is still ongoing. CCPO is accepting anonymous tips from anyone with knowledge about this incident.
