Danny's Life Changed
After a Stroke at 28

Building a Brighter Tomorrow: Danny's Journey Ahead

Danny has overcome a lot in his life. Born with a disability he fought to overcome, Danny fulfilled his dream of becoming an amateur pilot and flew gliders and single-engine planes as well as having a successful career at United Airlines that involved pilot training.

Danny has also traveled the world by himself. Yes, he was born different, but he refused to take notice and chose to bring joy to all those lucky enough to know him.

He is a generous, kind soul and a true gentleman loved and admired by his many friends, colleagues, and family members.

Tragically, on July 1, 2024, Danny, at age twenty-eight, suffered a massive stroke that left him partially paralyzed and with impaired speech, upending everything he’d strive to work for.

His career at United Airlines has been stalled, and it’s unlikely he’ll go back to the job he loves.

Additionally, he struggles to communicate and can no longer enjoy socializing or traveling.

Seizures, surgeries, and painful rehabilitation are now Danny’s life.

Currently, Danny requires ongoing assistance with the basics.

He can no longer function independently, and his space requires extensive modifications to accommodate his disabilities.
