1. Drop off all entries to the Cooper Environmental Center, Cattus Island County Park, 1170 Cattus Island Blvd., Toms River, NJ from December 18-22 from 8:30am-4:00pm. No houses will be accepted after Dec. 22..

2. Categories include:
Youth (0-6) Youth (7-12)
Teens (13-17)
Adults (18+)
3. Entries must be constructed of edible materials, on a 12 inch by 12 inch mounting board. Entries may not be bigger than 12 inches wide by 12 inches long by 12 inches high.
4. Only 1 entry per person.
