Help Cannon Thrive: Fundraising for Adrenal Insufficiency
Cannon is a 13 year old that was diagnosed with Adrenal insufficiency (2) years ago.
This past summer he was diagnosed with liver disease. Everyday is a struggle for him.
He suffers from headaches, chronic stomach and joint pain. He is frail and only 80 pounds. He struggles to eat everyday.
Fast forward to why I am starting this. He is usually covered by NJ Family Care Insurance.
As of today 12/6/24 he does not have insurance and I have an emergency appeal to review his coverage.
He has an appointment at CHOP 12/10/24 and the visit will cost $987 and I can’t come up with all of it.
I have reached out to his father and he refuses to help so here I am asking complete strangers to help my son.
