Route 9 in Toms River Shut Down Due to Traffic Accident
According to authorities, a collision that brought down a utility pole in Toms River on Monday afternoon has resulted in the closure of Route 9 in both directions.
According to an alert from the
Ocean County Sheriff's Office, Silverton Road to Riverwood Road is closed.
According to
511nj.org, the state Department of Transportation, the utility pole is obstructing both lanes.
