Tragic Accident Claims Life of 22-Year-Old on Garden State Parkway
According to state police, a Manahawkin man lost his life in a collision on Sunday along the Garden State Parkway in Toms River.
NJ State Police stated, 22-year-old John DeLuca was fatally injured in the collision.
At approximately 11:30 a.m., troopers arrived at milepost 82.8 on the southbound parkway. According to police, DeLuca was heading south in a Buick SUV when the car veered off the road and collided with several trees.
The crash remained under investigation Sunday evening, police said.
