Harvey is remembered with love by his daughter Sarah; son Travis; ex-wife Cindy; brothers Lee and Larry; sister Diana; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Leon and Elaine Downs.

Safe Return of the Missing Girl from Monmouth County Confirmed by Authorities

Neptune Township Policee said Friday morning that they had found a missing girl.

On March 28, 17-year-old Amirah Anderson was last observed in the vicinity of Millbrook Avenue in Neptune Township. It was thought that she was going to the Newark, New Jersey, area.

Police provided an update on Anderson's location on Friday morning after posting a message on Thursday asking for the public's help in finding her.
