According to Manchester Police Department, after a three-car collision in which one vehicle ran a stop sign, Manchester police said that three individuals, including an adolescent and a baby, were sent to hospitals.

Capt. Albert Vega said that the collision occurred at 9:46 p.m. on Tuesday on Commonwealth Boulevard at Bismarck Street.

According to authorities, a juvenile driver in a white 2017 Chevrolet Equinox struck a blue 2021 Honda Accord after crashing past the stop sign at Commonwealth while traveling north on Bismarck Street toward Commonwealth Boulevard.
According to Vega, the Honda Accord, operated by Manchester resident Adan Espinal, 28, was traveling west on Commonwealth when it collided with the Chevrolet's passenger side. He claimed there was serious front-end damage to the Accord, which made a 45-degree turn and came to stop in the junction.

According to Vega, Espinal was transported to Community Medical Center with only minor wounds.
He claimed that before the Chevrolet came to rest on its roof, it continued to go airborn and struck a gray 2005 Honda Civic that was stalled at a stop sign on Bismarck Street. Significant front-end damage was ultimately sustained by the Civic.

According to Vega, the driver of the Honda Civic, 36-year-old Jacob Lob of Manchester, was unharmed.

The teenager operating the Chevrolet was slightly hurt when it crashed onto its roof. He said both were brought to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, a 5-month-old baby in the Chevrolet's back seat was unharmed.
Throughout the investigation and cleanup, the road was closed for over an hour.

EMTs from the Manchester Township Division of Emergency Services, Hatzolah, firefighters from the Manchester Volunteer Fire Department and Ridgeway Volunteer Fire Department, as well as paramedics from Robert Wood Johnson, provided assistance at the scene.

The department's Traffic Safety Section Patrolman Sage Sysol is investigating the accident.
