Toms River East Little League community is mourning the loss of one of our own - Julie Johnson.

She is the wife of long-time coach Doug Johnson and is the mother of Mikey and Amelia Johnson. Julie passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025 after a brief battle with breast cancer- showing love, grace and courage every step of the way.

As a community, we are coming together to support the Johnson family during this devastating time.

Julie was a constant, joyful presence at the ballfield - always cheering for all our players. Her warmth and spirit lit up the stands. Let's honor her memory by surrounding her family now with love and support.
