According to NJ State Police and Harrison Township Police Department,

Two teenagers who died in a collision in South Jersey on Sunday have been identified by their parents, who choose to bury them in their native countries.

News12 reported four passengers were ejected from the car, killing two.
According to reports, an SUV swerved off the New Jersey Turnpike, skidded down an embankment, and struck a tree early Sunday in Harrison Township, killing two individuals and injuring four more, according to officials. Four people were ejected from the car.

Juan Carlos Munguia-Palma, 19, and a 14-year-old, whose identity was not disclosed by authorities on Wednesday, are the victims who have died.

According to State Police spokesperson Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron, both are from Hyattsville, Maryland, which is also where the 19-year-old driver resides. A suburb of Washington, D.C.

At noon on Wednesday, the driver and his three other passengers had been taken to the hospital and were in stable condition.
Dennis Burgos has been identified by family as the deceased boy.

To assist Burgos's family with the costs of his funeral in Maryland and his burial in his native El Salvador, a GoFundMe was created.

According to the GoFundMe, "the driver lost control of the car when he was driving to New York." "The automobile drove off the ramp and flipped many times before colliding with a tree that landed on top of them."

After a funeral in Maryland, Munguia-Palma's family wants to bury him in his native Mexico, therefore a similar GoFundMe was made for him.

What prompted the driver to lose control of the car is yet unknown. Investigations into the crash are still ongoing.
