Six Flags Great Adventure Cancels Annual Holiday in the Park
The Holiday in the Park event at Six Flags Great Adventure is being canceled.
The information was sent to season passholders via email this week, and they have begun sharing it online.
The move will enable the park in Jackson Township, New Jersey, to concentrate on their "core operational season," which consists of the spring, summer, and fall.
Beginning in 2015, Holiday in the Park changed the amusement park from late November to early January.
According to the spokesman,
Fright Fest, an attraction with a Halloween theme for almost thirty years, is still going on even if Holiday in the Park is coming to an end.
We are excited to welcome people to Fright Fest for more excitement and chills, as we know that October is one of the most popular seasons of the year! In its statement to pass holders, the amusement park stated that further information about this year's event would be released soon.
