Gunfire Erupts at Toms River Intersection After Parking Lot Fight

According to NJ101.5, on Saturday night, a road rage incident started after a dispute in the parking lot of Spirits Unlimited. The motorist will face charges, according to the police.

Toms River Police, stated a male and two Toms River residents, Vincent Pecorella and Erica Dinicola, got into a fight in the Spirits Unlimited parking lot on Route 37.

The man, later identified as 26-year-old Berkeley resident Jarod Boturla, followed Dinicola and Pecorella as they drove away after the fight.
Bortula pulled up next to Dinicola and Pecorella as they reached a red light, and they resumed their argument. According to police, Bortula fired a single shot and aimed what seemed to be a black pistol at Dinicola and Pecorella as he drove away in his pickup.

The pair met the cops in a CVS parking lot after spotting a tiny, circular indentation on the driver's door.
Boturla was identified by the police as the driver, and they stated that charges are still pending.
