Ocean County Drug Bust: Charges Filed Against Two Men

According to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, two Ocean County people have been charged with distributing cocaine and methamphetamine within the county.

After a three-month investigation, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer revealed that Joseph Broxmeyer, 58, of Jackson, and Tariki Foster, 40, of Manchester, were taken into custody on September 19.
About 12 ounces of methamphetamine and 300 grams of cocaine were disseminated throughout Ocean County by Broxmeyer and Foster throughout the investigation, according to Billhimer.

Following that, investigators carried out search warrants at residences in Jackson and Toms River, as well as at a storage facility in Brick. According to the prosecutor's office, they found $5,168 in cash, unidentified quantities of cocaine, methamphetamine, methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA, also known as ecstasy), and drug paraphernalia.

Foster was accused of financial facilitation, possession of MDMA, conspiracy to possess more than five ounces of cocaine with intent to distribute, distribution of five ounces or more of cocaine, and possession of five ounces or more of cocaine with intent to distribute. According to the prosecutor's office, he was brought to the Ocean County Jail and is being detained until trial.

As a result of New Jersey Bail Reform, Broxmeyer was arrested and brought to the Ocean County Jail before being released.
