Jersey Shore: Teen on Scooter Hit by School Bus
A 19-year-old sustained a “serious head injury” on Sunday after she was hit by a school bus while riding a scooter, according to the Lakewood Police Department.<p>
According to authorities, the collision happened on Sunday morning along West County Line Road close to Hope Chapel Road.
The teen, whose identity was not published, was brought to Jersey Shore University Medical Center for treatment following the crash.
As of Monday afternoon, authorities stated investigation into the crash is underway and new information would be disclosed when available.
