According to the Ocean County Prosecutors Office, on December 16, 2025, Logan Oliveira, 23, of Toms River, pled guilty to Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material and Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material.

At the time of his sentencing on February 20, 2026, the State will be seeking a term of five years New Jersey State Prison (NJSP) with a five-year period of parole ineligibility as to the distribution charge and five years NJSP as to the possession charge. The sentences are to run concurrently. Oliveira will also be subject to Parole Supervision for Life and will be required to register as a Megan’s Law Offender.
An investigation by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Squad identified a cell phone number associated with a Toms River residence as the location from which an individual was uploading and distributing images of child pornography.

That individual was ultimately identified as Oliveira. The investigation further revealed that Oliveira often communicated and sent messages to another cell phone number which belonged to Julianna Goldstein, 20, of Berkeley Township.

A review of various messages between Oliveira and Goldstein revealed that Goldstein was sending nude photos of juveniles to Oliveira. It was also learned that Oliveira instructed Goldstein to touch a juvenile in an inappropriate manner and send photos of the inappropriate touching to Oliveira.
