Man Wanted for Robbing Smoke Shop in Ocean County: Have You Seen Him?
The public is being asked to assist the Toms River Police Department in identifying the man who broke into a smoke shop on Route 37 in Toms River on Monday.
The suspect was described by the police as a medium-built white man wearing light-colored cargo pants, black sneakers, and a black North Face jacket with a fur-trimmed hood.
The Noble Smoke Shop, located at 203 Route 37 East, was robbed shortly after six in the morning, according to the police.
The female employee managed to get away and call 911 despite the man's attempts to bind her with zip ties, according to the police.
