Mr. Andre Hibbert, a 41-year-old black male, 5'11, thin build, brown eyes and black hair, last spoke with his family on 02/11/26.
He frequents Englewood and is often seen on Palisade Avenue and in the area of Mackay Park.
He is also known to spend time in South Hackensack.
