New Jersey State Police Update Most Wanted Fugitive Targets
The New Jersey State Police Fugitive Unit has updated New Jersey’s Most Wanted List. In coordination with local law enforcement partners, the Fugitive Unit has added two individuals to the list.
Isaiah Ketchens is wanted by the NJSP and the Newark Police Department in connection with the aggravated assault of two law enforcement officers.
George Encarnacion is wanted by the NJSP for first-degree narcotics distribution.
