Community Mourns the Passing of 11-Year-Old Daniel Mazurkiewicz
According to the Ashley Lauren Foundation, they have announced with heavy hearts the passing of 11-year-old Daniel Mazurkiewicz yesterday, February 16th, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center after a courageous 2 year battle with medulloblastoma.
They have been so honored to be able to help this family during such a difficult time. But they cannot do this alone. Please help the Mazurkiewicz family as they help them cover all funeral/repast expenses for Daniel.
You all were so generous in making his dream come true of going to Star Wars Land in DisneyWorld when he relapsed, and the Ashley Lauren Foundation hopes you can do it one more time for Daniel's family.
Though they've done this for so many families, it NEVER gets easier. They are at a loss, and they hope you will help.
