Please Help Find Lizandro - He Left Home Without His Medication and His Family is scared

Lizandro Guizar Sartiaguin, 27, was last seen on February 27, 2026, at around 1:00 PM when he left his home on Laurel Avenue in Hammonton, New Jersey on foot. He has not been in contact with family or friends since and is believed to have left without any personal belongings.

What makes this case especially urgent is that Lizandro suffered a previous head injury and is dealing with serious mental health and memory issues as a result. He left without the medication he needs and may not even know where he is or how to get home.
