Missing & Vulnerable: Please Help Find Lizandro

Lizandro Guizar Sartiaguin, 27, was last seen on February 27, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM when he left his home on Laurel Avenue in Hammonton, New Jersey, on foot. Since that time, he has not been in contact with his family or friends and is believed to have left without any personal belongings.

This situation is especially concerning because Lizandro previously suffered a head injury and now struggles with serious mental health and memory issues. Even more alarming, he left home without the medication he depends on, which means he may be disoriented or unaware of where he is or how to return home.

When he was last seen, Lizandro was wearing a gray jacket, blue denim jeans, and brown work boots. He is described as 5’6” tall, weighing about 175 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a black mustache, and a trimmed beard.

His case is registered with NamUs as Case No. MP156171. Anyone who may have seen Lizandro or has information about his whereabouts is urged to contact the Hammonton Police Department at 609-561-4000.

Lizandro’s family is extremely worried and continues to search for answers. He is considered vulnerable and may need immediate medical attention.
