LOCATION: Shelter Cove, Bay Avenue, Toms River

Toms River is celebrating America's 250th birthday with fireworks at Shelter Cove Beach after Austin City Nights' event. Free shuttles from Toms River High School East on Raider Way.
Ocean County Patriotic Concert and Drone Show

DATE: : Friday, July 2, 7:30 p.m.

LOCATION: Bayfront field, 1189 Bandon Road, Toms River

A patriotic concert followed by a drone show over Silver Bay. Park at Cattus Island Park's lot and a free shuttle will take you to the bayfront field.
Declaration of Independence Reading and Bell Ringing for America's 250th Birthday

DATE: Saturday, July 4, 1 p.m.

LOCATION: Ocean County Courthouse lawn, Washington Street and Hooper Avenue, Toms River

The Declaration of Independence will be read publicly, followed by participation in the National Bell Festival's Ringing from Sea to Shining Sea event.
Beachwood Fireworks Over The Toms River

DATE: Saturday, July 4, 7 p.m.

LOCATION: Beachwood Beach, and other viewing points along the Toms River

The annual fireworks display over the Toms River is back on July 4th for 2026. Bring a blanket or beach chair and grab a seat at one of several viewing points along the river. At Beachwood Beach there will be food trucks. WOBM 92.7 FM provides a musical backdrop to the display.
