TOMS RIVER, NJ — Downtown Toms River will transform into a family‑friendly celebration on Monday, September 28, 2026, as Toms River PBA 137 and Autoland of Springfield host the 2nd Annual Fall Fest, formerly known as Vest‑A‑Cop. The event kicks off at 5:00 PM on Washington Street and promises an evening packed with entertainment, community engagement, and fall‑themed fun.
