Whole Foods Market 365 Organic Creamy Caesar Dressing

The Food and Drug Administration has issued a recall for a salad dressing sold by Whole Foods due to a mislabeling error and undeclared allergens.

Van Law Food Products Inc. voluntarily recalled Whole Foods Market 365 Organic Creamy Caesar Dressing bottles because they "may contain undeclared Soy and Wheat allergens," according to the recall.

Here is List of Recalls from Whole Foods

Officials warn that consumers who are allergic or sensitive to soy or wheat may experience a serious or life-threatening allergic response if they ingest the recalled dressing.

According to the recall, the 12-ounce glass bottles were sold at Whole Foods shops in Arkansas, Connecticut, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maine, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, New York, Texas, and New Hampshire. The "best by" date on the recalled bottles is November 17, 2022. After inspectors determined that the food was sent in packaging that did not identify the presence of soy and wheat allergens, the manufacturer issued a recall.

According to the recall, "subsequent analysis suggests the problem was caused by a temporary malfunction in Van Law Food Product's labeling and packaging processes."
