Jackson’s Recovery
Erin Albertson is organizing this fundraiser.
The boy, whose name is Jackson, was riding his bicycle in front of his mother’s home in Seaside Heights when he was struck by a speeding vehicle. He was taken to the hospital after being stuck.
According to GoFundme:
Hi, my name is Erin and I am starting this to help raise funds for my 10 year-old nephew that was hit by a car Friday evening in Seaside Heights, NJ. Jackson was riding his bicycle in front of his mother’s home when he was struck by a speeding vehicle.
The driver did not slow down or try to help Jackson, instead he drove with the child on his car for over a block before he fled the scene and was later apprehended.
Julia, his mother, is a hard-working single mother that has been unable to work since this happened. Jack has a long road to recovery and I’d like everyone to share this story to help support this beautiful family on their healing journey.
