The BlueClaws kick off Halloween weekend early with a Nightmare Before Christmas movie night at the ballpark on Friday, October 29th. RWJBarnabas Health and the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore are co-hosting the event.
The gates will open at 6:00 p.m., and the movie will begin at 7:00 p.m. on the 1,857 square foot video board.
LOCATION
2 Stadium Way in Lakewood, NJ, 08701, at the intersection of Cedar Bridge and New Hampshire Avenues.
ADMISSIONTickets are just $10 and include popcorn plus soda/water. Additional food and drink will be available for purchase.
A costume parade for children is also planned, as well as pleasant, safe, and low-contact trick-or-treating. A costume contest will also be held, with the winner receiving a Luxury Suite to a 2022 April/May game.
Santa Claws will also be on hand for photos with fans as part of the Nightmare Before Christmas celebrations. Bimbo Bakeries is one of the participating partners, with more to come. Everyone is invited to dress up for the occasion. Fans are allowed to bring lawn chairs or blankets onto the field to watch the movie.
