Brick Township Man Arrested for Series of Vehicle Burglaries

According to Brick Township Police Department, Christopher Conners, 38, of Brick Township, has been arrested in connection with a string of car break-ins that targeted the township's southern areas, according to Chief David Forrester.

The arrest comes after a thorough investigation into multiple instances of car break-ins that were concentrated in the areas off of Drum Point Road and Mantoloking Road. On December 23, 2025, Conners was located and put into custody thanks to rigorous patrol work and investigative leads. Chief Forrester would like to express his gratitude to the locals who helped close these cases by providing timely reports and surveillance footage. Residents are still urged by the Brick Township Police Department to "Lock It or Lose It"—that is, to always lock your car doors and keep valuables out of sight.
