According to the Ocean County Sheriff, a portion of Church Road in Toms River has been closed down by construction until further notice.

Officials alerted drivers in Toms River and the surrounding communities about a traffic closure on Tuesday morning via a Facebook post.

For an unknown period of time, the church will be closed between Old Freehold Road and New Hampshire Avenue, according to officials.
