

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Jersey City police are asking for the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Diamond Ruiz, who has been missing since late September 2025 and is believed to still be in the area.
According to a missing person flyer shared by the Jersey City Police Department, Diamond was last seen on September 24–25, 2025 in Jersey City. She is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5'0" tall and weighing around 120 pounds.
Police say Diamond is known to frequent several neighborhoods in Jersey City, including Brown Place, Orient Avenue, Martin Luther King Drive, and Audubon Park. Investigators also believe she may travel to New York City.
Authorities have called her prolonged absence “deeply concerning” and are urging residents to share official missing-person flyers widely on social media and in the community to help bring her home safely.
