Throughout September, Wawa Inc. will host a month-long "Cheers to the Classrooms" event across its full operating footprint.
From September 1 until September 30, teachers, faculty, school administrators, and support personnel will be able to obtain a free coffee of any size from Wawa. Simply inform the cashier that you work at a school and you'll be on your way to getting your free coffee!Teachers and school administrators who educate, mentor, and inspire youngsters in a number of ways will be honored by the convenience store merchant. All teachers and administrators who participate in the celebration will receive a free cup of coffee in any size every day during the campaign.
Wawa has established a $50,000 fund to support schools throughout its operation region serving K-12 at-risk adolescents returning to school through a partnership with Donor's Choose, an online resource for teachers to make funding requests for school supplies/support.
Wawa's Wawa Community Care Truck will visit chosen schools that have been selected to receive funds from September 1 to September 10 to formally distribute checks and brighten days with freshly brewed coffee and doughnuts!
