Michael Zanetti is a Toms River East graduate and Full Sail University alum who recently began his dream job at WANE 15, a CBS affiliate, in Indiana. Tragically, Michael was involved in a skiing accident in Indiana that resulted in a spinal cord injury to his C3, C4, and C5 vertebrae.

After a grueling 9-hour surgery, he has shown remarkable strength, retaining movement in his arms and legs. However, the road to recovery will be long and challenging, requiring extensive rehabilitation and ongoing medical care.

Michael’s parents rushed to Indiana after receiving an emergency call, and the family is now facing significant emotional and financial challenges. The costs of surgery, hospital stays, rehabilitation, and travel are overwhelming.
