As many of you know Dino was reported missing Friday, January 3rd . I received a phone call from the Toms River police department on Jan 10th asking if I’ve heard from him. His car was abandoned at the Shelter Cove Park with some belongings inside, including his guitar. I was very concerned because anyone who knows Dino also knows he’d never leave his guitar in the back seat of his car. Music was Dino’s passion and what kept him going. I immediately filed a missing persons report and reached out on social media hoping someone had seen or heard from him. Tragically, on Sunday, January 12 th an officer knocked on my door and told me Dino was gone. His body had been recovered from the water at Shelter Cove Park. We are broken. I cannot thank everyone enough for their support in the search for Dino. I wish Dino could’ve seen how his community came together searching for him, how much everyone cared, and how loved he truly was. Dino would want everyone to remember the good times you had with him, so please share your memories and photos with all of us. At this time, we are asking for help from all of you so we can give Dino the sendoff he deserves. We have funeral services to provide and Dino has 3 siblings in California that need help with travel costs. As everyone knows no donation is too small, so please donate if you can. I’ll post updates as arrangements are made.
