arrangements are being made for his safe return home.
Police search for missing Hazlet boy believed to be in New York City
The Hazlet Township Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with a missing juvenile out of our jurisdiction.
On Saturday, December 16, 2023 at approximately 7:30pm the pictured male, Damien Thompson, ran away from his residence in town.
He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white skeletons on it and dark color cargo pants.
He has been known to wear a black ski mask as well. Last contact was yesterday (Sunday, December 17th 2023) at approximately 1:45am when he called his mother and told her he was in New York.
It is believed he used the train to get into NY.
