Daniel's courageous journey with cancer has been nothing short of inspirational.
Throughout the summer of 2024, he exhibited numerous symptoms that didn't immediately raise concerns about cancer, including nausea and coordination issues with his left side.
His diagnosis in late July 2024 was followed by brain surgery at CHOP in Philadelphia, where he was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a form of brain cancer.
The tumor on his cerebellum was causing his coordination symptoms. After surgery, Daniel spent a month recovering before undergoing 30 consecutive proton radiation treatments and gradually introducing chemotherapy.
Today, he had his last treatment and got to ring that bell!!! Daniel's resilience and positivity are a testament to his strength. As he looks forward to regaining his health and returning to normal life, we want to give him a weekend that he has been dreaming of.
Daniel wants an adventure and to wake up in the safari with nature and animals.
Please help us make his Great Adventure Savanna Sunset Resort Safari dream come true.
