The Halloween Parade in Toms River, New Jersey, was previously ranked as the second largest in the world by Guinness World Records, only surpassed by the Greenwich Village parade in New York City.

Toms River Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 is responsible for organizing this cherished procession, which started in 1919 and has been held annually since 1937.

The downtown parade path is lined with youngsters of all ages, school marching bands, costumed dogs, and scary creatures.
