Lucky Winner Claims $1 Million Scratch-Off Prize at Jersey Shore Wawa
One fortunate lottery winner won $1 million after hitting the top prize on a $20 scratch-off.
According to
New Jersey Lottery authorities, the $1,000,000 Diamond Spectacular scratch-off that won was sold on July 21 at the Wawa located at
330 W. Spruce Ave. in North Wildwood.Three $1 million winning tickets are included in the $86 million in prize money for this game. The New Jersey Lottery reports that another was sold at a Deptford Wawa, and the final one is still up for grabs.
The winner will either get paid in 25 gross annual installments of $40,000 each, or they will receive a cash award of $643,000.
