Music Legend Jon Bon Jovi Saves Woman From Jumping Off a Nashville Bridge
According to Metropolitan Nashville Police Department they wanted to thank Jon Bon Jovi and his team for helping a woman in Nashville on the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge Tuesday night. Bon Jovi helped persuade her to come off the ledge over the Cumberland River to safety.
On Tuesday night, as NJ Native Bon Jovi was filming a music video on the Segenthaler Pedestrian Bridge across the Cumberland River, they noticed a woman standing on the edge of the bridge on the other side of the railing.
According to the police, the woman was upset. The woman was approached by Bon Jovi and another woman, who struck up a conversation with her. As they spoke the woman with Bon Jovi attempted to put a hand on the other woman's shoulder in an attempt to console her.
After a short while, the woman was assisted by Bon Jovi and others to move to the opposite side of the railing. When she emerged safely, Bon Jovi was spotted giving her a hug. Before everyone started walking down the bridge together, the group started conversing with her for a short while.
