Winter Storm Watch Issued as New Jersey Expects Heavy Snowfall
According to the National Weather Service, a winter storm watch remains in effect from late Sunday night through late Monday night.
WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches possible.
WHERE...Portions of southern New Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania.

IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

taper off Monday night.Ahead of a major storm from the Central Plains that could bring heavy snow to some regions and make driving slick in many areas of the state, the National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for eight counties in New Jersey.
Up to 5 to 9 inches of snow could fall in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean, and Salem counties during the winter storm watch, which could be upgraded to a more urgent warning as the storm approaches and the forecast becomes more clear.
According to forecasters, there may be periods when the snowfall is heavy, making driving dangerous. Additionally, they pointed out that “small deviations in the track would increase or decrease snowfall amounts by a few inches.” Check the latest forecast in your area.
