Roxy's Bar & Grille is located at 11 Kettle Creek Road in Toms River. It stands where the former Charlie Brown's was on Kettle Creek and Hooper in the Silverton Section of Toms River.

Roxy's is having a soft opening on June 30 to July 4 to let everyone try their limited menu, cocktails, and spirits.
