With heavy hearts, we are Gina Weppler and Kathy DeFeis, fundraising for our dear friends the Rasmussen Family, due to a tragic accident involving their daughter Nikki.

Nikki suffered 3rd degree burns over 25% of her body when the ATV she was riding with her friend flipped and burst into flames on July 6, 2022. They were medevacked to St Barnabas Livingston Burn Center.

Nikki was intubated and placed into a medically induced coma.

She is now stable and remains in the ICU.

She will remain in St Barnabas for at least one month, and faces many painful procedures and skin grafting surgery.

Our beautiful Nikki is strong-willed and will overcome all of the medical challenges she faces.

We will continue to post her progress.

We are grateful for any donation as this close-knit family deals with the horror no family should endure.

All donations will go to the Rasmussens’ upcoming financial challenges to out-of-pocket medical and travel expenses.
