NJ Devils Host Hockey Clinic for Beginners in Toms River Area
On January 5, the Winding River Skating Center will host a workshop for kids who have never played ice hockey.
The Toms River Hockey Club and the New Jersey Devils collaborated to create the eight-week Learn to Play camp.
The clinic for kids ages five to nine will be run by the Devils on Mondays through February at 6 p.m. at Winding River Skating Center, 1211 Whitesville Road, Toms River.
According to Harry McDermott, president of the Toms River Hockey Club, registration for the eight-week clinic costs $285, and the Devils will provide prospective participants with a complete set of hockey equipment, including skates and a helmet. For more information visit here.
